I love to travel. Seeing new things, gathering with old friends and making new ones – there is nothing quite like it. Traveling is exciting, often exhilarating . . . esp. the planning and the packing. (okay – maybe that’s just me! LOL!) The exhilaration occurs simply because the “adventure” awaits – the traveler is often full of anticipation and joy at what MAY be – in the near future.
Pack Makeup & ALL the Things:
The one thing I have ALWAYS hated packing is my makeup and skincare!
I usually try to fit my skincare routine into one makeup bag, my makeup in another and the “rest” in yet another – which results in a SUPER full suitcase. It’s esp. annoying because I place my makeup/skincare in my suitcase RIGHT before leaving – it’s the last thing I do before taking off on a trip. So, I end up STUFFING the bags into the corners that are left in my suitcase.
I’ve tried the bags you “roll” up – but I don’t LOVE them.
And to be totally truthful – I can NEVER remember which of my 2-3 makeup bags houses WHAT – so getting ready on the road can be super frustrating!
Then, a friend introduced me to this bag . . .
and I SWEAR – bells played and somewhere someone starting singing the Hallelujah chorus!
(No, for reals!)
This one bag houses it all!! Skincare, Makeup, Solutions treatments – EVERYTHING and a little more! AND – are you ready for this? The bag lays flat and even! No rounded corners and strangely shaped bottoms that take up even MORE room in your suitcase.
I know, I know – now YOU, too are hearing the Hallelujah chorus! (I told you it was there!)
In case you’ve never heard the Hallelujah chorus – GASP!!
– here is a super short but cute version sung into a well in Italy.
